  1. 工程概況
中國注冊會計師北京培訓基地位于北京市天竺經濟開發區，林蔭路和花園三街的北側，建成后將成為一個由單層和多層建筑組成的優美的建筑群。該基地規劃總用地133300M2，占地面積21900M2，總建筑面積69294M2。其中包括教學樓、圖書館、學生活動中心、專家公寓、學生公寓、后勤樓、體育中心、鍋爐房等。其中由我公司承建的有教學主樓A、圖書行政樓B、學生公寓L、M、N、后勤樓P、體育中心Q、鍋爐房R等建筑群體。
1.1建筑概況
教學主樓A長123M ，寬30M，呈扁長橢圓形，樓中央設一長方形采光天井。該樓地下一層，地上四層，檐口標高18M，建筑面積11195M2（其中地下室建筑面積2250M2）。工程±0.000相當于絕對標高27.100M。工程屬I類工程，耐火等級為一級。內設兩部液壓電梯。地下室采用防水混凝土澆注，外做YJ-硅橡膠防水涂膜；地下室外墻均為350厚鋼筋混凝土剪力墻，內承重墻采用200、300厚鋼筋混凝土剪力墻，非承重墻為240粘土磚墻。地上部分外墻全部采用
1. Project Overview
Chinese CPA Beijing Tianzhu training base in Beijing Economic Development Zone, tree-lined road and the north side of Garden III Street, and will become a multi-layer construction consisting of single and beautiful buildings. The base total land 133300M2, covers an area of 21900M2, total construction area of 69294M2. These include education, libraries, student activity center, experts apartment, student housing, logistics buildings, sports center, boiler room and so on. One company contracted by the main building are teaching A, Library and Administration Building B, student apartments L, M, N, logistics House P, sports center Q, R and other construction groups in the boiler room.
1.1 Architectural Overview
Teaching Building A long-123M, wide-30M, Cheng Bian oblong, rectangular floor, a skylight, central located. Gailou basement, ground four, eaves elevation 18M, building area of 11195M2 (including basement floor area of 2250M2). Engineering ± 0.000 is equivalent to the absolute level 27.100M. Works are I types of engineering, fire resistance rating of 1. Equipped with two hydraulic lifts. Basement with waterproof concrete pouring, done outside the YJ-silicon rubber waterproof coating; basement wall are 350 thick reinforced concrete shear wall, load-bearing walls within the thickness of reinforced concrete shear walls with 200,300 non-load bearing walls for the 240 brick wall.
