1.1 編制依據

1.1.2 中昊源新城工程施工圖2000-002——由深圳市筑博工程設計有限公司設計；
1.1.3 現行國家有關工程施工規范、規程及技術標準；
1.1.4 廣東省及深圳市有關政策和文件規定；
1.1.5 我公司ISO9002質量體系文件；
1.1.6 我公司多年來的高層建筑施工經驗和施工管理能力及技術裝備水平。
1.2 編制說明
   本施工組織設計在編制時，我們本著爭創一流質量、一流工期、為業主創效益、為企業爭信譽的指導思想，在ISO9002質量體系的指引下，在施工部署及組織、各項技術措施的提出及應用、主要施工方法及設備、材料的投入、成品保護、文明施工、防滲漏措施等多個方面，結合我公司多年來高層建筑的施工經驗及教訓，并在施工過程中能實現有效控制，以達到建設一流工程、樹立企業良好形象的
