    1.1.工程概況：
本工程為中央美院附中及中央美院遷建工程之圖書館、行政辦公樓，由中央美術學院籌建處籌建，清華大學設計研究院設計，中咨監理公司監理施工，中建一局五公司總承包。本工程位于北京市朝陽區望京小區，建筑面積為22571平方米，結構為框架結構。施工用地面積為39960平方米，首層建筑面積為8778平方米。
    本工程由八個單位工程組成，分別為①附中教學樓、②附中學生宿舍、③附中食堂及鍋爐房、④附中風雨操場及圖書館、⑤附中階梯教室、⑥附中工藝車間人防地下室、⑦美院行政辦公樓、⑧美院圖書館。

This works for the Central Academy of Fine Arts High School and Central Academy of library relocation projects, administrative offices, the Central Academy of Fine Arts from the preparation and construction office, Design Institute of Tsinghua University, design, construction supervision in counseling supervision company, five companies in the construction of a Board general contracting. The project is located in Chaoyang District, district, building area of 22,571 square meters, the structure of frame structure. Construction land area of 39,960 square meters, first floor building area of 8778 square meters.
    This project consists of eight units of work, namely the middle school classroom building ①, ② High School student hostels, ③ middle school cafeteria and boiler room, ④ middle school gymnasium and library, ⑤ High School amphitheater, ⑥ middle school craft shop basement, ⑦ U.S. School Administration Building, ⑧ Academy of Fine Arts Library.
