第一章：工程概況
1.工程簡(jiǎn)介
重慶市某師范學(xué)校教學(xué)樓工程位于某師范學(xué)校內(nèi)，緊臨球場(chǎng)及原教學(xué)樓之間，為六～七層鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)，占地面積7474m2，總建筑面積7720m2。建筑高度25.2m。
該大樓的建成，將對(duì)改善某師范學(xué)校教學(xué)環(huán)境，提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量起到很大的作用。
2.主要施工技術(shù)重點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)：
根據(jù)我們多年以來(lái)積累的高層建筑施工經(jīng)驗(yàn)，我們將把邊柱垂直度和邊梁外邊線控制、現(xiàn)澆樓梯間垂直度控制、外墻裝飾質(zhì)量作為本工程施工技術(shù)重點(diǎn)。
3.業(yè)主招標(biāo)要求
3.1工期要求：無(wú)具體開工日期，竣工日期為2001年6月15日
3.2質(zhì)量要求：優(yōu)良
Chapter One: Project Overview
1. Project Description
Chongqing is located in a normal school teaching building project within a normal school, close to golf course and between the original school buildings, for the six ~ seven-story reinforced concrete frame structure, an area of 7474m2, total construction area of 7720m2. Building height 25.2m.
The completion of the building, will improve the teaching of a normal school environment, improving the quality of teaching played a significant role.
2. The main construction technology major and difficult:
