第一章：工程概況
1.工程簡介
重慶市某師范學校教學樓工程位于某師范學校內，緊臨球場及原教學樓之間，為六～七層鋼筋混凝土框架結構，占地面積7474m2，總建筑面積7720m2。建筑高度25.2m。
該大樓的建成，將對改善某師范學校教學環境，提高教學質量起到很大的作用。
2.主要施工技術重點、難點：
根據我們多年以來積累的高層建筑施工經驗，我們將把邊柱垂直度和邊梁外邊線控制、現澆樓梯間垂直度控制、外墻裝飾質量作為本工程施工技術重點。
3.業主招標要求
3.1工期要求：無具體開工日期，竣工日期為2001年6月15日

第二章：施工部署
1.施工組織體系
為了優質、高效地完成本工程，我們將精心組織施工力量，抽調經驗豐富、年富力強的工程技術管理人員，成立工程項目部，實行項目法管理。施工組織體系圖如下所示。
 
1.2施工組織機構中的特殊部門
針對本項目施工技術特點，我們在項目部的組織機構中專門設立以下特殊部門及崗位：
①計劃統計信息中心
歸屬施工技術部：負責外部施工技術信息的收集，內部施工進度、工程質量等方面信息的收集與傳遞，有利于工程施工進度、施工質
Chapter One: Project Overview
1. Project Description
Chongqing is located in a normal school teaching building project within a normal school, close to golf course and between the original school buildings, for the six ~ seven-story reinforced concrete frame structure, an area of 7474m2, total construction area of 7720m2. Building height 25.2m.
The completion of the building, will improve the teaching of a normal school environment, improving the quality of teaching played a significant role.
2. The main construction technology major and difficult:
Based on our accumulated many years experience in high-rise building construction, we will side columns and edge beams outside the vertical line of control, place stairways verticality control, external decorative quality of construction technology as the key.

Chapter II: Construction of the deployment
1. Construction organization system
For high-quality, efficient completion of this project, we will carefully organize the construction of power, transfer of an experienced, young and energetic engineering manager, the Department set up the project, the implementation of Item Management. Organization system construction diagram is shown below.
 
1.2 Construction of the special sector organizations
Construction technology for this project, we project the Ministry of organizations specifically set up special departments and posts the following:
① Plan Statistical Information Center
Attribution Construction Department: Construction of technical information for the collection of external and internal construction progress, quality and other aspects of information collection and transmission, is conducive to project construction schedule, construction quality
