結構類型：地下室1層，主樓為15層的框支剪力墻結構。
1.1建筑概況
株洲市佳誠時代廣場工程位于株洲市建設南路，南湖農貿大市場對面，西鄰沿江路，南靠地稅三分局，地理位置良好。建筑總長95.00m、總寬97.58m，總高48.990m，總建筑面積為52040m2，建筑層數地上十五層（含躍層），地下一層。本工程±0.000標高為黃海高程39.45米，屬一類高層建筑，耐火等級二級。屋面防水等級二級。本工程為商住樓，由三棟塔式住宅樓，二層裙樓，一層地下室組成。使用年限為五十年。
大樓各層層高為：地下層4.2m；地上一層5.1m，二層5.9m，三層3.6m，以上四至十五樓住宅層高均為2.8m。
本工程地下室功能主要為車庫，一、二層為商場，三層為設備轉換層，四至十五層均為住宅。

1.1 Architectural Overview
Great Smart Zhuzhou Zhuzhou Times Square project is located in Building South, South Lake farmers market across a large, west along the road, south, three sub-rent, good location. Building length 95.00m, total width 97.58m, total height 48.990m, a total construction area of 52040m2, building layer on the ground 15 level (including duplex), basement level. The project ± 0.000 for the Yellow Sea Elevation 39.45 meters elevation, is a class of high-rise building, fire resistance class 2. Roofing grade 2. This works for commercial and residential, by the three tower residential building, two-story podium building, composed of a layer of the basement. Useful life of five years.
