1、施工組織設計
1.1項目管理網絡
1.1.1文明、園丁、油建、紅山、紅旗、西北、曙光、教育、西北、朝陽、紅波新村12棟住宅樓抗震加固工程若我公司有幸中標,將作為我公司重點工程，并選派具有類似工程施工經驗的優秀施工管理人員組成住宅樓抗震加固工程項目經理部。
工程將按項目法施工,實行項目經理負責制，以項目合同和成本控制為主要內容,以科學系統管理和先進技術為手段,行使計劃、組織、指揮、協調、控制、監督六項基本職能。項目經理部嚴格按照以GB/T9001模式標準建立的體系來運作,形成以全面質量管理為中心環節,以專業管理和計算機輔助管理相結合的科學化管理體制，實現對現場質量、安全、文明施工的總管理，工程進度、材料設備進出場和施工搭接的總控制。同時，本著科學管理、優質高速、開拓敬業的原則，以塑造精品為目標，發揮企業優勢，確保本工程實現一流的承包管理、一流的文明施工、一流的工程質量和一流的施工速度。
