1、工程概況
K29#、K30#樓，位于西安市長(zhǎng)安科技產(chǎn)業(yè)園內(nèi)，建筑規(guī)模為一梯四戶(hù)，72戶(hù)/棟，總長(zhǎng)  米，總寬26.205米，平面呈Y型建筑，地下車(chē)庫(kù)為圓弧型建筑，內(nèi)弧總長(zhǎng)80.155米，外弧長(zhǎng)104.19。總寬39.7米，地下車(chē)庫(kù) 層高4.4米，主樓地下室層高4.7米，頂層電梯間層高5.7米，其余樓層層高3米，總高59.7米，主樓地下室頂板上-1.2米至±0.00設(shè)置地溝。
主樓地下室為自行車(chē)庫(kù)，地上為住宅，各棟設(shè)有2部電梯，一部算做消防電梯，從底層至十八層屋面，另一部電梯從地下室直接到達(dá)十八層屋面，主樓還設(shè)有一部疏散樓梯，建筑設(shè)計(jì)耐久年限50年，建筑抗震設(shè)防8度，耐火等級(jí)一級(jí)。
地下車(chē)庫(kù)為人防工程，設(shè)有汽車(chē)入庫(kù)坡道。二層以上戶(hù)門(mén)為三防門(mén)，管道井為防火門(mén)，除一層設(shè)木門(mén)
