  路橋大廈地下室工程施工組織設計

一、工程概況：
擬建的路橋大廈地下室工程位于仙岳路北側，西臨興廈仙岳小區(qū)，東臨仙岳東村統(tǒng)建房用地、北側面為永同昌住宅花園，工程占地1859.5m2 ，建筑面積 5959.4m2 ，總高度 8.2m，最大跨度8.4m，為二層框架結構地下室。
本工程按抗震烈度七級設防，結構抗震等級為二級。
下室外墻防水采用鋼筋砼自防水和APP瀝青防水卷材。在地下室外墻施工完成后，在外墻上做防水，外砌120實心粘土磚墻保護。
地下室隔墻采用190厚空心磚，水泥砂漿抹面。
本工程水、電、通風等設備安裝工程要求預埋預設。
二、工程特點：
    1、本工程施工場地較小，現(xiàn)場需精確布置、合理安排，充分利用場地南面臨街，交通便利優(yōu)勢，合理調度，做到原材料補給充足，不影響工程進度與質量。
2、地下室工程量大（約5378m3），結構復雜，底板承臺連梁較多，抗裂、防水要求高，施工中需針對性的編制施工方案，精心組織施工。
3、地下水位為標高3.16至–1.42米間，施工中應特別注意基坑排水。
三、施工部署：
結合本工程的實際特點，組織經(jīng)驗豐富，工作嚴謹?shù)氖┕す芾戆嘧樱�建立健全各項管理制度，組織先進，充足的施工機機械和高素質的施工隊組，為快速優(yōu)質地完成本工程提供根本保證。具體安排見總體進度計劃表。
 （一）、主要指標：
1、工期：
工程總工期為47日歷天，各階段具體安排如下：
土方工程                           6日歷天
圍護工程                           8日歷天
獨立基礎人工挖運土方              12日歷天
防水工程                           8日歷天
地下室外墻                         6日歷天
地下室頂板                         7日歷天
其中裝修及水電安裝預埋預設穿插入地下室結構施工。
2、質量：
工程質量力爭達到優(yōu)良，我司要求各分部分項工程質量必須達到合格等級，同時爭創(chuàng)優(yōu)良分部，竣工驗收必須確保合格質量等級。
3、安全文明生產：
本工程施工面大，結構復雜，現(xiàn)場擬成立安全、文明生產領導小組嚴格按國家和廈門市有關規(guī)定進行安全管理，力爭在施工期間，無重大傷亡事故，輕傷率控制在2‰以內。
  （三）施工總體部署：
