第一章  編制依據

一、　編制依據

本施工組織設計作為指導投標的依據，編制時對項目管理機構設置、勞動力組織、施工進度計劃控制、機械設備及周轉材料配備、主要分部分項工程施工方法、工程質量控制措施、安全生產保證措施、文明施工及環境保護措施、降低成本措施等諸多因素盡可能充分考慮，突出科學性及可行性。是確保優質、低耗、安全、文明、高速完成全部施工任務的重要經濟技術文件。
本施工組織設計依據以下幾項編制：
一、韶關衛校頒發的“韶關衛校綜合樓（學生公寓）（教學樓）施工招標書”。
二、韶關市建設局文件《韶關市建設工程現場文明施工管理辦法》。
三、地震出版社出版的《建筑安裝工程施工組織設計集》。
四、現行國家有關規范、標準和規程。
