深圳和平花苑工程項目地址位于深圳市和平北路西側路，由廣東寶亨房地產開發有限公司和深圳市土產棉麻公司共同興建，由武漢市建筑設計院設計。

1.2.1建筑設計特征
本工程由1#和2#樓組成，1#樓呈“一”字型布置，建筑層數為十二層，設有一層地下室，一～三層為裙樓，四～十二層為二座塔樓；地下室內設有車庫、人防等，一層為商場，二層為圖書城，三層為電腦城，四～十二層為住宅；總建筑面積為15987.3m2，其中地下室1841.8m2（人防總掩蔽面積1037m2），裙樓5292.1m2，住宅8853.4m2；建筑總高度為44.9m，地下室、標準
