第一節(jié)  編制說明
    本工程是由廣東移動深圳公司興建的通信機樓，主要為各種通信設備機房，位于深圳市龍崗新技術產(chǎn)業(yè)開發(fā)區(qū)內(nèi)，西側靠近長興南路，南側與公安消防隊相鄰，東側靠著一條小路，北面為小區(qū)的商業(yè)中心，周圍規(guī)劃是居民住宅區(qū)。用地面積3726.7㎡，地上六層，建筑高度28.1米，總建筑面積5941㎡。我公司憑借多年的同類建筑施工經(jīng)驗、雄厚的技術管理力量、經(jīng)濟實力和機械設備擁有量，憑借良好的信譽，無論從施工方案、人員設置、機械配備，或者材料供應、服務等方面都會全力以赴爭取中標，如果中標，我們將會把此工程列為我公司的重點工程項目，以全公司為依托、為后盾，優(yōu)質(zhì)高速地完成本工程的施工，交出讓用戶滿意的精品。

    This project is in Shenzhen of Guangdong Mobile Communication Company built machine building, Zhu Yao Wei Gezhongtongxin equipment room, located in Shenzhen Xin Technology Industrial Development Zone, Changxing South Road, near the west side, south side of the public security fire brigades Yu Xiang Lin, east relying on a small road, the north district of the commercial center, surrounded by a residential area planning. Land area of 3726.7 square meters, floor six, building height of 28.1 meters, total construction area of 5941 square meters. Company with many years experience of similar construction, strong technical management of power, economic power and mechanical equipment ownership, with a good reputation, from the construction program, staffing, mechanical equipment, or material supply, services, and will work to go for the bid, if successful, we will put this project on the company's key projects, to all companies rely on for backup, high-quality high-speed to complete the projects, which give the user excellent product.
