一、工程概況
廣西建筑綜合設計研究院職工高層集資住宅樓為含一層地下室的二十五層剪力墻結構高層住宅樓。工程位于南寧市南京路西、華東路北的綜合設計研究院內，本項目的施工圖由廣西建筑綜合設計研究院自行設計。總建筑面積12580m2。
本樓平面由三個矩形居室繞電梯間組合而成，呈酒杯形，長向30.8m，短向22.8m；其中，北面兩矩形居室平行布置，長向17.8m，寬向16.3m，端頭與南面矩形垂直而交，南面矩形長向22.8 m，短向寬11.2

Architectural Design and Research Institute of Guangxi Integrated residential building workers raise funds for the high-level basement with a layer of 20 five-story high-rise residential building wall structure. Project is located in Nanning Nanjing Road West, East China Institute of northbound within a comprehensive design, construction drawings of the project by the Guangxi Institute of Architectural Design to design integrated. The total construction area of 12580m2.
