一、工  程  概  況

工程名稱：黃河綠色嘉園B區1#樓
工程地址：紅旗大街與海河路交叉口黃河小區入口右側
建筑面積：總建筑面積29590m2，其中地上部分27931.46 m2（商服4975.62m2、住宅12691.44m2、辦公10264.4m2），地下部分1658.54 m2 。
建筑層數：二十六層，地下一層為車庫，一至三層為商服，四至十三層為辦公，十四至二十六層為住宅。
工程結構：地下一層至三層為框支結構，四層以上為剪力墻結構。
計劃開工日期：2004年7月26日

Building Area: total construction area of 29590m2, which shoot 27931.46 m2 (commercial service 4975.62m2, residential 12691.44m2, office 10264.4m2), underground part of 1658.54 m2.
Building floors: 20 six-story, ground floor for the garage, one to three for the commercial service, four Shi Sanceng for office, from 14 to 20 six-storey residential.
Project structure: the basement to three for the frame structure, four or more for the wall structure.
