**市南國酒店是由**市南國酒店興建的，**市房屋建筑設(shè)計(jì)院及**市建筑設(shè)計(jì)院設(shè)計(jì)，**市一建公司施工的高層建筑。該工程位于**南路67號，樓層高23層，框剪結(jié)構(gòu)，總建筑面積17972m2，該建筑物集飲食、娛樂、旅業(yè)及停車場等功能為一體，地處**市鬧市位置，面向城門頭下沉式廣場，是**市的一幢高級現(xiàn)代化的高層建筑。
該工程是由我公司于1994年9月破土動(dòng)工的，基礎(chǔ)施工采用混凝土鉆孔灌注樁，由**基礎(chǔ)工程公司第三工程處施工。一層地下室采用聚氨脂防水涂膜防水。主體工程為現(xiàn)澆鋼筋混凝土框架剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)，外墻裝飾為長條磚貼塊
