合同（２）

委托方＿＿＿＿（以下簡稱甲方）
　　承包方＿＿＿＿（以下簡稱乙方）
　　依照《中華人民共和國經(jīng)濟(jì)合同法》、《建設(shè)工程勘察設(shè)計合同條例》的有關(guān)規(guī)定，經(jīng)雙方協(xié)商一致，簽訂本合同。
　　第一條　甲方委托乙方承擔(dān)的工程勘察設(shè)計項目名稱、內(nèi)容、規(guī)模與范圍詳見委托勘察設(shè)計項目表（見附件）。
　　第二條　乙方根據(jù)委托的勘察設(shè)計項目，和主管部門的規(guī)定，按初步設(shè)計（方案設(shè)計）和施工圖設(shè)計，分階段進(jìn)行。在具備各個階段設(shè)計條件時，雙方簽訂階段協(xié)議書，具體規(guī)定甲方應(yīng)提交的勘察設(shè)計基礎(chǔ)資料的名稱和日期，乙方需交付的勘察設(shè)計文件資料的名稱和日期，做為本合同的附件。
　　第三條　雙方責(zé)任

Contractor ____( hereinafter referred to as Party B)
In accordance with "The People's Republic of China on Economic Contracts Law", "Construction Survey and Design Contracts Regulations," the relevant provisions agreed by both parties signed this contract.
Party A Party B commissioned the first survey and design work undertaken by the project name, content, scale and scope of the detailed survey and design projects commissioned by the table (see annex).
B according to the second survey commissioned design projects, and the competent authorities of the provisions of the initial design (design) and construction design, a phased manner. At all stages of design conditions with the two sides signed an agreement stage, the specific provisions of the Survey and Design Party should be submitted to the name and date of the basic data, Party B shall deliver investigation and design documentation of name and date, as the annex to the contract .
