建設工程勘察設計合同

　　根據《中華人民共和國經濟合同法》和《建設工程勘察設計合同條例》的有關規定，經雙方協商一致，簽訂本合同，以資共同遵守。

　　第三條　勘察設計費取費的依據和取費標準，按國家規定執行。
