建設工程勘察合同（１）

訂立合同雙方：
　　建設單位：＿＿＿＿以下簡稱甲方；
　　勘察單位：＿＿＿＿勘察院，以下簡稱乙方。
　　為了明確建設單位與勘察單位的經濟責任，分工協作，相互促進，多快好省地完成國家建設項目的勘察任務，根據已被正式批準的建設項目計劃，經雙方充分協商，特訂立本合同，以便雙方共同遵守。
　　第一條　工程名稱、規模、投資額、建設地點＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿。
　　第二條　勘察的范圍、進度和質量＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿。
　　第三條　甲方的義務
　　１．在簽訂合同時，甲方必須向乙方提交按基建程序批準的計劃任務書復印件，提交進行工程地質勘察的用地批準文件和紅線圖復印件。
　　２．在簽訂合同時，甲方必須在＿＿年＿＿月＿＿日向乙方提交由設計單位提出、經建設單位同意的勘測范圍之地形圖和建筑平面布置各一份，提交由建設單位委托、設計單位填寫
Construction Survey Contract (1)

Contracting parties:

In order to clarify the construction unit and survey unit of economic responsibility, division of labor and cooperation, mutual promotion, economically and efficiently complete the task of national construction project survey, has been formally approved according to the construction project, by both sides, in full consultation to make this particular contract, in order to comply with both sides.

Party's obligations under Article
