     根據(jù)《中華人民共和國合同法》、《建筑安裝工程承包合同條例》、《中華人民共和國消費者權(quán)益保護法》、《中華人民共和國價格法》，中華人民共和國建設(shè)部（1997）92號文《家庭居室裝飾裝修管理試行辦法》以及其他有關(guān)法律法規(guī)規(guī)定的原則，為保護雙方的合法權(quán)益，結(jié)合本工程的具體情況，雙方達成如下協(xié)議，共同遵守。
一、概況
1、甲方裝飾住房系合法居住。
乙方為本市經(jīng)工商行政管理機關(guān)核準登記并經(jīng)市建委有關(guān)部門審定具有民用裝飾《資質(zhì)證書》的企業(yè)法人。
2、裝飾施工地點：＿＿區(qū)（縣）＿＿＿路 ＿＿＿號＿＿樓＿＿＿室。
