技術管理規定

為了進一步提高技術管理水平和項目管理水平，讓客戶購買放心的、舒心的產品，參與工程的建設單位、承包單位、監理單位在遵守法律、法規和相關規定的前提下，遵守本規定。

一、 技術管理體系
1、 在工程合同簽訂后15天內，承包單位必須將項目的項目管理體系（包括技術、質量、安全、進度、材料、文明施工等）書面報建設、監理單位審查，根據建設、監理單位的審查意見，對項目技術管理體系進行必要的補充和完善。違反本條規定，罰款500～1000元。
2、 技術管理體系必須以承包單位總工程師為技術管理體系的第一責任人，整合公司的相關部門及項目技術管理部門，形成一個由承包單位總工程師統一領導的、自公司到項目的完整的體系。不應采
