黃江污水廠項目部項目經濟指標目標管理方案

     目標成本控制是全員、全過程的控制。根據公司下達的項目管理經濟指標，我項目部作為成本控制中心，根據確定的目標成本總額分解到各部門、各施工作業班組，各部門、各施工作業班組應做好施工日志記錄，真實反映每一工日、每一工序的成本，并定期與項目經理部下達的目標成本計劃進行分析比較，確定成本費用差異，分析成本費用脫離實際目標的程度和性質，確定造成成本費用差異的原因和責任歸屬，并采取相應措施進行調整，防止成本失控。我項目經理部在確定目標成本后，應把工作重點轉移到日常控制上來，定期對施工班組的實際成本進行考核分析，確保總目標成本的實現，為達到提高我公司經濟效益的目的，我項目部將從以下幾個方面入手進行成本控制。
一、建立和完善組織機構
