化工石油工程施工總承包企業(yè)資質(zhì)等級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

化工石油工程施工總承包企業(yè)資質(zhì)分為特級(jí)、一級(jí)、二級(jí)。
特級(jí)資質(zhì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：
1. 企業(yè)注冊(cè)資本金3億元以上。
2. 企業(yè)凈資產(chǎn)3.6億元以上。
3. 企業(yè)近3年年平均工程結(jié)算收入15億元以上。
4. 企業(yè)其他條件均達(dá)到一級(jí)資質(zhì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
一級(jí)資質(zhì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：
1. 企業(yè)近5年承擔(dān)過(guò)3項(xiàng)以上大型化工石油工程或單項(xiàng)工程合同額在1.5億元以上的化工石油工程施工總承包或主體工程承包，工程質(zhì)量合格。
2. 企業(yè)經(jīng)理具有10年以上從事工程管理工作經(jīng)歷或具有高級(jí)職稱；總工程師具有10年以上從事施工技術(shù)管理工作經(jīng)歷并具有本專業(yè)高級(jí)職稱；總會(huì)計(jì)師具有高級(jí)會(huì)計(jì)職稱；總經(jīng)濟(jì)師具有高級(jí)職稱。
企業(yè)有職稱的工程技術(shù)和經(jīng)濟(jì)管理人員不少于250人，其中

1. Enterprises over the past 5 years to bear more than three large-scale petrochemical projects or single project contract amount of 1.5 billion of petrochemical project construction contract or the main project contracting, engineering quality standards.
2. Business manager with 10 years experience in engineering management or a senior professional title; chief engineer with 10 years of management experience in construction technology and have the senior professional titles; chief accountant with senior accounting titles; chief economist with senior professional titles .
