長春天安第一城（一期）小區(qū)路燈施工工程合同書
發(fā)包人（全稱）：長春天安房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)有限公司（以下簡稱甲方）
承包人（全稱）：長春市路燈管理處（以下簡稱乙方）
依照《中華人民共和國合同法》、《中華人民共和國建筑法》及其他有關(guān)法律、行政法規(guī)，遵循平等、自愿、公平和誠實信用的原則，雙方就本工程施工事項協(xié)商一致，訂立本合同。
一、工程概況
工程名稱：長春“天安第一城”（一期）小區(qū)路燈管線施工、燈具安裝工程
工程地點：長春市硅谷大街661號
工程內(nèi)容：小區(qū)內(nèi)一期管線敷設(shè)、燈具底座、燈具安裝。
二、工程承包范圍
承包范圍：上述工程內(nèi)容中設(shè)備材料供應(yīng)、管線安裝、附件安裝和管井砌筑、燈光及高層上泛光照明調(diào)試。

Letting people (in full): Changchun Tian An Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Party A)
Contractor (in full): Changchun City and Street Lights Office (hereinafter referred to as Party B)
In accordance with "Contract Law", "The People's Republic of China Construction Law" and other relevant laws and administrative regulations, the principles of equality, voluntariness, fairness and good faith, the two sides on matters of this construction of consensus, make the contract.
First, project survey
Project Name: Changchun, "Tian An City" (1) residential street pipeline construction, lighting installation
Project Location: Silicon Valley Avenue 661, Changchun City
Project content: district of a pipeline laying, light base, lamp installation.
Second, the scope of works contract
Contract Scope: the content of the project equipment and materials supply, pipeline installation, accessories and tube wells installed masonry, lighting and flood lighting on high-level debugging.
