合同管理制度

一  總   則

    第一條  為維護企業合法經濟利益,加強合同（或協議，下同）管理,促使承辦人員自覺地依法簽訂合同,嚴格地履行合同,實現企業對合同的規范化、程序化管理,根據《民法通則》、《合同法》及《    集團公司合同管理辦法》,并結合企業的實際情況制訂本制度。
    第二條  各主管部門、承辦人員在遵守國家有關法律、法規的情況下,嚴格按照本制度,對合同進行全面管理,并接受集團公司的監督、檢查。
    第三條  合同管理實行“統一歸口、分級管理”的辦法,企業各部門對合同的管理集中向總經理負責。

二  合同管理機構

    第四條  合同由合同管理小組歸口管理,小組人員由各部門設置兼職合同管理人員組成,并由企業專職人員負責;各承辦人員具體負責各自授權范圍內合同的簽訂、履行等工作。
    第五條  合同管理專職人員的主要職責:
