海洋石油工程專業承包企業資質等級標準

海洋石油工程專業承包企業資質分為一級、二級。
一級資質標準：
1. 企業近5年承擔過下列2項中的1項以上投資額超過8億元的大型海洋石油工程，工程質量合格并達到國際有關標準。
（1） 海洋石油平臺模塊或導管架陸地預制及相關設備安裝聯接工程；
（2） 海上安裝及鋪設海底管線3米以上，總長度超過30公里的海洋石油或天然氣海底管線工程。
2. 企業經理具有10年以上從事工程管理工作經歷；總工程師具有10年以上從事海洋石油工程施工技術管理工作經歷并具有本專業高級職稱；總會計師具有高級會計職稱。
企業有職稱的工程技術和經濟管理人員不少于80人，其中工程技術人員不少于50人；工程技術人員中，具有中級以上職稱的人員不少于20人。
企業具有的一級資質項目經理不少于5人。
企業注冊資本金6000萬元以上，企業凈資產7200萬元以

Offshore Oil Engineering Contractor qualification is divided into primary, secondary.
A qualification standards:
1. Enterprises over the past 5 years to bear the following two in an investment of more than 800 million yuan more than the large offshore oil projects and the projects of acceptable quality and meet international standards.
(1) offshore oil platform module or jacket and related land-based installation of prefabricated connection works;
(2) sea installation and laying of submarine pipelines for more than 3 meters, the total length of more than 30 km of offshore oil or natural gas pipeline project.
2. Business manager with 10 years experience in engineering management; Chief Engineer has over 10 years in Offshore Oil Engineering and Construction Management experience with the senior professional title; chief accountant with the title of senior accountant.
Titles in engineering enterprises and economic management of not less than 80 people, including engineers and technicians of not less than 50; engineering and technical personnel with intermediate professional titles of the personnel of not less than 20 people.
Enterprises of a qualified project manager with not less than 5.
Registered capital of 60 million yuan more than 72 million yuan in net assets
