總則
第一條 加強施工的標準化、程序化、制度化，符合公司管理要求，以適應公司工程建設的需要，特制定本規定�！�
第二條 本規定適用于公司工程部所有員工以及施工隊。
第三條 此規定由工程部與公司共同制定。
一、 申請進入本公司的施工隊應填寫《施工隊申請錄用表》。并遵守重慶淙正裝飾有限公司的各項管理制度。如有違反公司將視情況輕重，對其進行批評教育、罰款及清退出公司。
二、項目管理
1、開工工程必須在甲方簽訂合同，交納完預付工程款之后進行。
2、施工前，認真熟悉施工圖紙、工程預算書及工程任務書，三日內準確無誤地向材料采購部提出工程材料計劃。
3、制定詳細進度計劃，報公司工程部審批，并嚴格按計劃施工。
4、按合同工期交工。工程延期由工程部經理會同甲方分析原因并簽工程延期單。
5、認真填寫施工用材計劃單，公司供應材料，施工隊應及時

General
