防腐保溫工程專業承包企業資質等級標準

防腐保溫工程專業承包企業資質分為一級、二級、三級。
一級資質標準：
1. 企業近5年承擔過2項以上單項合同額400萬元以上防腐保溫工程施工，工程質量合格。
2. 企業經理具有10年以上從事工程管理工作經歷或具有高級職稱；總工程師具有10年以上從事防腐施工技術管理工作經歷并具有相關專業高級職稱的總工程師；具有中級以上會計職稱。
企業有職稱的工程技術和經濟管理人員不少于60人，其中工程技術人員不少于40人；工程技術人員中，具有高級職稱的人員不少于5人，具有中級職稱的人員不少于20人。
企業具有的一級資質項目經理不少于5人。
3. 企業注冊資本金1000萬元以上，企業凈資產1200萬元以上。
4. 企業近3年最高年工程結算收入2000萬元以上。
企業具有與承包工程范圍相適應的施工機械和質量檢驗

A qualification standards:

Titles in engineering enterprises and economic management of not less than 60 people, including engineers and technicians of not less than 40; engineering and technical personnel with senior professional title of not less than 5, less than a middle professional title 20.
Enterprises of a qualified project manager with not less than 5.
3. Enterprises registered capital of more than 10 million yuan, more than 12 million yuan of net assets.
4. Business works the last 3 years the highest annual income of 20 million yuan more than the balance sheet.
