電渣壓力焊焊接分項工程承包施工合同

發包方（甲方）：項目經理部
承包方（乙方）：

    XXX工程鋼筋豎向電渣壓力焊焊接分項工程于一九九九年由甲方發包給乙方采用全包工包料方式承包施工。為了明確工程內容及雙方責任，本著互相協作、分工負責的原則，根據本工程的具體情況，特商定如下條款，以雙方共同遵守執行：

    一、承包工程內容：鋼筋豎向焊接包括切割、除銹所需材料設備的轉運、電渣壓力焊焊接的全部工作內容、材料及現場的文明施工工作。

    二、承包造價：單價按焊接接頭計算3.0元/每個（該單價包含乙方管理費及各類補貼費用在內）。

    三、工程質量：乙方必須嚴格按照設計圖紙及甲方現場的要求進行施工，確保工程質量達到設計和電渣壓力焊質量標準及檢驗要求。

    四、雙方責任：

Contractor (B):

    XXX pressure of reinforced vertical electroslag welding sub-project in 1999 contracted by the Party A to Party B all-contracting package for materials to the construction contract. In order to clarify both the content and responsibility of engineering, an atmosphere of mutual cooperation, division of responsibility, according to the specific circumstances of the project, agree to the following terms of the implementation of mutual respect:

    A contractor on the project: the vertical steel welding, including cutting, rust materials and equipment required for the transfer, electroslag welding of all the work content, materials and site construction work of civilization.

    Second, contracting costs: Price calculated by welded joints 3.0 yuan / each (Price includes B in the management fees and expenses, including various types of subsidies).

    Third, quality: Party B must strictly follow the design drawings and the requirements of Party construction site to ensure the quality of the project to meet the design and electroslag welding quality standards and inspection requirements.
