電磁輻射環境保護管理辦法
（1997年1月27日，國家環保局）
第一章 總則
第一條 為加強電磁輻射環境保護工作的管理，有效地保護環境，保障公眾健康，根據《中華人民共和國環境保護法》及有關規定，制定本辦法。
第二條 本辦法所稱電磁輻射是指以電磁波形式通過空間傳播的能量流，且限于非電離輻射，包括信息傳遞中的電磁波發射，工業、科學、醫療應用中的電磁輻射，高壓送變電中產生的電磁輻射。
任何從事前款所列電磁輻射的活動，或進行伴有該電磁輻射的活動的單位和個人，都必須遵守本辦法的規定。
第三條 縣級以上人民政府環境保護行政主管部門對本轄區電磁輻射環境保護工作實施 統一監督管理。

Chapter I General Provisions
