地基與基礎(chǔ)工程專業(yè)承包企業(yè)資質(zhì)等級標準

地基與基礎(chǔ)工程專業(yè)承包企業(yè)資質(zhì)分為一級、二級、三級。
一級資質(zhì)標準：
1. 企業(yè)近5年承擔過下列5項中的3項以上所列工程的施工，工程質(zhì)量合格。
（1） 25層以上房屋建筑或高度超過100米構(gòu)筑物的地基與基礎(chǔ)工程；
（2） 深度超過15米的軟弱地基處理；
（3） 單樁承受荷載在6000kN以上的地基與基礎(chǔ)工程；
（4） 深度超過11米的深大基坑圍護及土石方工程；
（5） 單項工程造價500萬元以上地基與基礎(chǔ)工程2人或200萬元以上地基與基礎(chǔ)工程4個。
2. 企業(yè)經(jīng)理具有10年以上從事工程管理工作經(jīng)歷或具有高級職稱；總工程師具有10年以上從事地基與基礎(chǔ)施工技術(shù)管理工作經(jīng)歷并具有相關(guān)專業(yè)高級職稱；總會計師具有中級以上會計職稱。
企業(yè)有職稱的工程技術(shù)和經(jīng)濟管理人員不少于60人，其中工程技術(shù)人員不少于50人；工程技術(shù)人員中，地下、巖土、機械等專業(yè)人員不少于25人，具有中級以上職稱的人員不少于20人。
企業(yè)具有的一級資質(zhì)項目經(jīng)理不少于6人。
3. 企業(yè)注冊資本金1500萬元以上，企業(yè)凈資產(chǎn)1800萬元以上。
4. 企業(yè)近3年最高年工程結(jié)算收入5000萬元以上。
5. 企業(yè)具有專用施工設(shè)備20臺以上和相應(yīng)的運輸、檢測設(shè)備。
二級資質(zhì)標準：
1. 企業(yè)近5年承擔過下列4項中的2項以上所列工程的施工，工程質(zhì)量合格。
（1） 12層以上房屋建筑或高度超過60米構(gòu)筑物的地基與基礎(chǔ)工程；
（2） 深度超過13米的軟弱地基處理；
（3） 深度超過8米的深大基坑圍護及土石方工程；
（4） 單項工程造價500萬元以上地基與基礎(chǔ)工程1人或200萬元以上地基與基礎(chǔ)工程2個。
企業(yè)經(jīng)理具有8年以上從事工程管理工作經(jīng)歷或具有中級以上職稱；技術(shù)負責(zé)人具有8年以上從事地基與基礎(chǔ)施工技術(shù)管理工作經(jīng)歷并具有相關(guān)專業(yè)高級職稱；財務(wù)
