單項工程施工協議書（范例）

甲方：
乙方（施工責任方）：

    甲方承建之xxxxxx，現委托乙方采取包工、料、機械、設備、安全生產及安全設施等大包干方式進行施工。為了明確工程內容及雙方責任，特商定如下條款，共同遵守執行：

    一、工程內容

    按施工圖紙設計方案各站點、區間交通設施或信號燈單項工程項目的工作內容，具體為： 站、 區間交通設施部分工程。

    二、方式

    甲方根據乙方負責施工之上述工程最終與業主、審計中心結算價對乙方進行結算，但乙方需向甲方繳納該結算總價的10%為施工責任管理費，各類稅、費均由乙方另行繳納。

    三、組織領導：
