鋼筋單項工程承包施工合同

發包方（以下簡稱甲方）：工程公司項目經理部
承包方（以下簡稱乙方）：鋼筋工程承包班組

　　甲方承建的鋼筋單項工程，于一九九九年七月十日，由甲方發包給乙方采用包工方式進行施工。為了明確工程內容及雙方責任，本著互相協助及分工負責等原則，根據本工程的情況，特商定如下條款，共同遵守執行：

    一、工程內容：

    按施工圖紙中基礎分部±0.000以下所有的鋼筋加工制作和安裝項目，包括各種予埋件、砼墊塊、馬凳筋的制安。設計變更工程量按實調整，現場不產生計時工，工完場清。其中：徐云根承包鋼筋加工制作分項工程；朱云高承包鋼筋安裝綁扎分項工程。

二、承包造價：

以總鋼筋設計含量計算，單價160.00元/噸（該承包單價已含乙方管理費及各類補貼費用在內）。其中:鋼筋加工制作55.00元/噸；鋼筋安裝綁扎105.00元/噸。

    三、組織領導：

Contractor (hereinafter referred to as Party B): reinforced engineering contracting team

Party construction of reinforced single project, on July 10, 1999, by the contract to Party B by way of construction contracting. In order to clarify both the content and responsibility of projects, mutual assistance and sharing of responsibilities in line with the principles of the case under this project, agree to the following terms, to abide by the implementation of:

    First, project content:

    According to the construction drawings based on the following division of ± 0.000 for all the steel manufacture and installation of projects, including to the embedded parts, concrete pads, bar stool horse's system security. Design changes in real quantities adjusted on-site does not produce time workers, workers finished clearing field. Of which: Xu Yun root sub-contracted production of steel processing projects; ZHU Yun-reinforced high-contracted to install sub-banding project.

Second, contracting costs:

Calculation of the total content of steel design, unit price 160.00 yuan / ton (unit price included in the contract management fee and all kinds of subsidies B costs included). Of which: steel manufacture 55.00 yuan / ton; steel installation lashing 105.00 yuan / ton.
