財務管理規定

第一章 財務管理目的
第一條 維護企業所有者的利益，按企業所有者的要求對企業資產進行管理，達到企業資產保值增值的目的。
第二章 財務管理工作職責
第二條 制訂并監督執行公司財務管理制度，審核下屬公司制度的制訂，報總公司董事長批準，并監督其執行情況。
第四條 每年初搜集公司的生產經營計劃，分季度對照計劃執行情況，分析完成或未完成計劃的原因，報總經理。
第五條 對公司的資產進行管理。
第六條 規范企業財務行為。
第七條 參與企業經營管理，各條塊的財務人員應參與本企業重大經濟活動及經濟合同的簽定，對合同未經各部門會簽即要求付款的情況，財務人員有責任提出異議，并上報公司總經理。
第八條 執行公司會議制度，定期參加工作會議，匯報工作，解決問題。
