baopo與拆除工程專業承包企業資質分為一級、二級、三級。
一級資質標準：
1. 企業近5年承擔過下列2項中1項以上所列工程的施工，工程質量達到設計要求。
（1） B級以上的大baopo工程2個（含硐室baopo、露天深孔baopo、地下或水下深孔baopo）；
（2） A級復雜環境深孔baopo或拆除baopo或城市控制baopo工程2個。
2. 企業經理具有10年以上從事工程管理工作經歷或具有高級職稱；總工程師具有10年以上從事baopo施工技術管理工作經歷，且主持過B級大baopo、拆除baopo或城市控制baopo設計與施工、本專業高級職稱的總工程師；具有中級以上會計職稱。
企業有職稱的工程技術和經濟管理人員不少于40人，其中baopo、機械、電氣、儀表、地質等工程技術人員不少于30人；工程技術人員中，具有中級以上職稱的人員不少于15人，其中baopo專業具有高級職稱的人員不少于3人。
企業具有的一級資質項目經理不少于3人。
