安全生產合同書

本著“安全第一，預防為主”的方針，把安全工作放在首位，特與各承包組簽訂生產合同，條款如下：
用工單位：太和二建陳廣元項目部   （以下簡稱甲方）
招工班組： 班組              （以下簡稱乙方）
乙方應遵守甲方的各項管理規章制度和勞動紀律，具體要求如下：
1、 嚴格貫徹執行國家及有關省、市級對安全工作的法令、法規、政策。
2、 組織學習并向工人進行班前安全教育，并做好班前安全指令記錄。
3、 杜絕死亡事故及重傷事故，消滅火災和交通事故，減少輕傷事故，輕傷事故發生率控制在千分之三以內。
4、 在施工中現場中，嚴格執行文明施工條例不準在現場發生打架、酗酒、盜竊等現象，如發生上述問題，停止工作，并視情節輕重予以罰款處理。
Safety contract
