1.范圍
　　1.1本國際標準對供方提供指導，以幫助他們進行質量計劃的制定、評審、認可和修訂。本標準適用于以下兩種情況。 對供方組織在制定質量計劃滿足ISO9001、ISO9002或ISO9003的要求提供指導； 對需要的質量計劃但卻沒有這樣的質量體系的供方組織提供指導。
　　上述兩種情況，質量計劃是對供方的通用質量體系文件的補充而不是取代。為方便上述b)情況，本國際標準包括了一些ISO9001、ISO9002及ISO9003通用性要求的特性。
　　質量計劃提供了一種途徑將某一產品、項目或合同的特定要求與現行的通用質量體系程序聯系起來。雖然要增加一些書面程序，但質量計劃無需開發超出現行規定的一套綜合的程序或作業指導書。
　　1.2本國際標準適用于那些質量計劃用于某特定產品、項目或合同的地方。質量計劃適用于通用產品類別中的任一產品（如硬件、軟件、流程性材料及服務）或工業/經濟部門的各個環節。

1. Scope
1.1 The supply side of international standards to provide guidance to help them carry out quality planning, assessment, approval and revision. This standard applies to the following two cases. On the supply-side organizations in the development of quality programs to meet the ISO9001, ISO9002 or ISO9003 requirements to provide guidance; on the quality of plans but did not require such quality system of supply-side organizations to provide guidance.
In both cases, the supplier quality plan is a common quality system documents complement and not replace. To facilitate the above b) situation, the international standards include a number of ISO9001, ISO9002 and ISO9003 requirements common characteristics.
Quality plan provides a way to get a product, project or contract specific requirements and the existing quality system procedures common link. Although some written procedures to increase, but no development beyond the existing quality plan required a comprehensive set of procedures or work instructions.
1.2 The quality of international standards for those who plan for a specific product, project or contract areas. Quality scheme is applicable to general product categories in any one of the products (such as hardware, software, processes, materials and services) or industrial / economic sectors in all aspects.
A quality program can be used for thorough monitoring and evaluation of quality requirements, but this guide is not intended to be used to meet the requirements of the list. Quality plan can also be used without a documented quality system of the situation, in this case, the need for programming to support quality programs.
Note: Appendix B includes a bibliography of relevant international standards, these international standards to provide information on the quality plan development and review helpful.
