甲方:

乙方:

甲方為全面完成2002年產(chǎn)值、工期、質(zhì)量、安全文明與成本節(jié)約等各大指標(biāo)，明確雙方的權(quán)、責(zé)、利關(guān)系，經(jīng)雙方協(xié)商落實(shí)，訂立合同如下：
一 乙方對(duì)工程管理目標(biāo)的責(zé)任承諾：
（一）乙方保證              項(xiàng)目在    天（開(kāi)工報(bào)告簽發(fā)后的    天內(nèi)）工期內(nèi)完成。
 (二) 乙方保證        工程達(dá)到   %優(yōu)良（符合業(yè)主在工程總承包合同中對(duì)質(zhì)量的要求），
貫徹質(zhì)量體系認(rèn)證獲得年檢外審合格。
 (三) 乙方保證全年所有承建項(xiàng)目的重大安全事故率為零；輕傷事故的醫(yī)護(hù)費(fèi)用控制在工程總
      價(jià)的萬(wàn)分之    以?xún)?nèi)。
 (四) 乙方保證施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)達(dá)到標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的管理要求，各類(lèi)治安事件的發(fā)生率控制在施工總?cè)藬?shù)的

 (五) 乙方保證全年各項(xiàng)目的施工成本（包括人工費(fèi)、材料費(fèi)、機(jī)
