__有限公司(以下簡稱甲方)系中美合資經營企業,現聘用__先生/女士(以下簡稱乙方)為甲方合同制職工,于__年__月__日簽訂本合同。
第一條 乙方工作部門____職位(工種):
第二條 試用期乙方被錄用后,須經過__個月的試用期。在試用期內,任何一方均有權提出終止合同,但需提前一個月通知對方。如甲方提出終止合同,須付給乙方半個月以上的平均實得工資,作為辭退補償金。試用期滿時,若雙方無異議,本合同即正式生效,乙方成為甲方的正式合同制職工。
第三條 工作安排甲方有權根據生產和工作需要及乙方的能力、表現安排調整乙方的工作,乙方須服從甲方的管理和安排,在規定的工作時間內,按質按量完成甲方指派的任務。
第四條 教育培訓在乙方被聘用期間,甲方負責對乙方進行職業道德、業務技術、安全生產及各種規章制度的教育和訓練。
第五條 生產、工作條件甲方須為乙方提供符合國家規定的安全衛生的工作環境,否則乙方有權拒絕工作或終止合同。
第六條 工作時間乙方每周工作不超過六天,每日工作不超過八小時(不含吃飯時間)。如因工作需要加班加點,甲方應為乙方安排同等時間的倒休或按國家規定的標準向乙方支付加班加點費。
第七條 勞動報酬甲方每月按本公司規定的工資形式和考核辦法確定乙方的勞動所得,以現金人民幣向乙方支付工資、獎金,并按國家有關規定向乙方支
