現(xiàn)澆預應力鋼筋混凝土箱梁施工

單箱截面，截面尺寸為梁高1.5米、梁頂寬8.96米，具體尺寸形式見圖10-1。箱梁截面尺寸：

10.1  施工順序
預應力混凝土箱梁采用滿布支架現(xiàn)場澆筑混凝土的施工方法。箱梁混凝土澆筑采用二次澆筑：第一次澆筑底板和腹板，第二次澆筑頂板。預應力施工采用后張法預應力施工工藝。具體工藝流程見圖10-2。
10.2  現(xiàn)澆砼施工
10.2.1  支架體系
預應力鋼筋混凝土連續(xù)箱梁支架采用滿堂紅式支架體系。

10.1 The construction order
Prestressed concrete box beam scaffolding-situ concrete construction method. Box pouring concrete placement by the second: the first floor, and web casting, the second pouring roof. Construction using prestressed post-tensioned construction technology. Specific process shown in Figure 10-2.
