總工程師崗位職責(zé)
1、負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理部的施工技術(shù)管理和科技管理工作。負(fù)責(zé)組織本項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理部的全體技術(shù)人員按工程設(shè)計(jì)圖紙、施工技術(shù)規(guī)范、規(guī)程、規(guī)則、工藝標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及施工組織設(shè)計(jì)（質(zhì)量計(jì)劃）進(jìn)行施工。直接領(lǐng)導(dǎo)工程部和工地試驗(yàn)室的工作。
2、組織工程技術(shù)人員學(xué)習(xí)技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)范、規(guī)程和工藝標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)評(píng)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，并督促其實(shí)施。
3、組織技術(shù)人員熟悉設(shè)計(jì)圖紙，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)查，辦理管內(nèi)交接樁和復(fù)測(cè)并組織審查設(shè)計(jì)文件，提出審查、改善設(shè)計(jì)建議。組織編制管內(nèi)實(shí)施性施工組織設(shè)計(jì)、質(zhì)量計(jì)劃和指定的重點(diǎn)工程施工組織設(shè)計(jì)，進(jìn)行工藝設(shè)計(jì)和工藝設(shè)施設(shè)計(jì)，組織實(shí)施。

7、組織施工過(guò)程控制技術(shù)工作的具體實(shí)施。主要是：交底、測(cè)量、檢查（隱蔽和分部、分項(xiàng)工程）保證每個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)處于受控狀態(tài)，并做出完善的記錄。
8、主管工程試驗(yàn)工作，組織工地試驗(yàn)室完成工程用料、用水及土工、混凝土、砂漿等試驗(yàn)與檢驗(yàn)工作。組織計(jì)量管理和全面質(zhì)量管理工作，督促開(kāi)展工程創(chuàng)優(yōu)活動(dòng)。
9、組織處理一般工程質(zhì)量事故和參與人身傷亡事故的調(diào)查。
