4． 如果是精裝修，是否廚、衛精裝修物品的使用說明書，以及這些物品的保修單？
5． 每間居室的門在開啟、關閉的時候是否靈活？
6． 門與門框的各邊之間是否平行？
7． 門插是否插入得太少？
8． 門間隙是否太大？（門和門鎖間的縫隙必須小于三毫米）
9． 每間居室的門的插銷、門銷是否太長太緊？
