項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理崗位職責(zé)
1、全面主持項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理部的各項(xiàng)工作臺(tái)并有權(quán)作出與項(xiàng)目相關(guān)的各項(xiàng)決定。
2、全面負(fù)責(zé)本項(xiàng)目包括前期策劃、組織和分析在內(nèi)的全部管理工作，對(duì)項(xiàng)目的生產(chǎn)、采購運(yùn)輸、技術(shù)、進(jìn)度、計(jì)劃和統(tǒng)計(jì)、質(zhì)量、安全、環(huán)保、項(xiàng)目成本控制、財(cái)務(wù)管理以及文明施工等方面負(fù)全責(zé)。
3、代表總公司履行與業(yè)主的合同，協(xié)調(diào)與業(yè)主、監(jiān)理以及政府、相關(guān)部門的各種關(guān)系，協(xié)調(diào)與各供應(yīng)商及承包商的關(guān)系。
4、協(xié)調(diào)與總公司各職能部門，項(xiàng)目各職能部門的接口關(guān)系。
5、按總公司要求建立項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理體系與安全保證體系，編寫并組織實(shí)施質(zhì)量體系文件。
Project Manager Responsibilities
1, an overall charge of the project manager of the Department table and the right to project-related decisions.
