1項目技術管理
1.1 項目經理部應根據項目規模設項目技術負責人。項目經理部必須在企業總工程師和技術管理部門的指導下,建立技術管理體系。
1.2 項目經理部的技術管理應執行國家技術政策和企業的技術管理制度。項目經理部可自行制定特殊的技術管理制度,并報企業總工程師審批。
1.3 項目經理部的技術管理工作應包括下列內容:
1 技術管理基礎性工作。
2 施工過程的技術管理工作。
3 技術開發管理工作。
4 技術經濟分析與評價。
1.4 項目技術負責人應履行下列職責:
1 主持項目的技術管理。
2 主持制定項目技術管理工作計劃。
3組織有關人員熟悉與審查圖紙,主持編制項目管理實施規劃的施工方案并組織落實。
4 負責技術交底。
5 組織做好測量及其核定。
6 指導質量檢驗和試驗。
7 審定技術措施計劃并組織實施。
8 參加工程驗收,處理質量事故。
9 組織各項技術資料的簽證、收集、整理和歸檔。
10 領導技術學習,交流技術經驗。
11 組織專家進行技術攻關。
1.5 項目經理部的技術工作應符合下列要求:
1 項目經理部在接到工程圖紙后,按過程控制程序文件要求進行內部審查,并匯總意見。
