1. 項目背景
在現代建筑工程中,鋼筋混凝土結構得到了非常廣泛的應用,鋼筋作為一種特殊的建筑材料起著極其重要的作用。2002年我國建筑用鋼材總量超過8900萬噸,接近我國鋼產量的一半,是我國冶金行業的最大用戶,其中螺紋鋼消費量占鋼材總量的20%左右。但是建筑用鋼筋規格形狀復雜,鋼廠生產的鋼筋原料往往不能直接在工程上使用,一般需要根據建筑設計圖紙要求經過一定工藝過程的加工,F行混凝土結構建筑工程施工主要分為三個部分:混凝土、鋼筋和模板。商品混凝土配送和專業模板技術近幾年發展很快,而鋼筋加工部分發展很慢,鋼筋加工生產遠落后于另外兩個部分,已經成為制約施工現代化程度提高的一個瓶頸。所以,提高建筑用鋼筋的工廠化加工程度,實現鋼筋的商品化專業配送,是建筑業的一個必然發展方向。
