第一條   受項目部經(jīng)理領導，受公司財務部指導。
第二條   基本職責
1． 貫徹執(zhí)行國家財經(jīng)方針、政策、法令和各項規(guī)章制度，遵照公司有關規(guī)定，并結合項目部情況，制定補充規(guī)定和實施細則，嚴格執(zhí)行。
2． 制定項目部資金管理，成本費用管理等財務制度并組織實施。
