安質部職責
1. 認真貫徹執行國家、上級和公司的有關質量法規、法令和質量管理制度，對項目部質檢工作進行業務指導和管理工作。
2. 負責制定產品標識和過程檢驗狀態標識方法并進行指導實施和落實。
3. 對項目部在建工程的過程檢驗試驗和最終檢驗試驗負監督檢查責任，參加對竣工工程的質量體系工作，并負責復核竣工交驗資料。
4. 參加工程重大不合格品的調查、分析會議。
5. 參加合同評審，并提出有關質量、安全控制措施。
6. 參加特殊工序（部位）和關鍵工序（部位）施工方案及新技術，新工藝、新材料、新產品開發應用的有關技術質量措施的研究制定。
7. 負責實施施工安全管理工作的指導、監督。
8. 定期組織安全檢查和安全生產教育，并對違章作業及安全事故做出調查處理。
Department of Safety Quality responsibilities
1. Conscientiously implement the State, the higher and the quality of the company's regulations, decrees and quality management systems, quality control work on the project department operational guidance and management.
2. Responsible for developing product identification and inspection status of the process of identification methods and to guide the implementation and implementation.
3. Department of the project construction process and final test test test test negative supervision and inspection responsibilities to participate in completion of the project quality system, and for the review for examination completion data.
4. To participate in a survey of major project nonconforming product, analysis of the meeting.
5. To participate in contract review, and make the quality and safety control measures.
6. To participate in a special process (part) and key processes (parts of) the construction program and the new technologies, new processes, new materials, new product development and application of the study and formulation of technical quality measures.
7. Responsible for the implementation of construction safety management guidance and supervision.
8. Periodic safety inspections and safety organizations, education, and to make regulations on safety and accident investigation.
