標準化示范工地驗收內容及注意事項.doc

自從2005年起青島市推廣施工現場標準化管理以來，集團公司先后有5個項目部參加了標準化示范工地的創建工作，并且均順利通過了驗收，標準化驗收內容主要分6部分，主要涉及文明施工、安全管理、質量管理、隊伍管理、工程監理、一票否決等。為以后順利的通過標準化示范工地的驗收，提高公司施工現場標準化管理的水平，現將有關標準化示范工地創建及驗收應注意的問題匯總如下：
質量管理：
1、門窗洞口用輕體砌塊砌筑，未加混凝土塊或實心磚。導致門窗固定不牢。
2、建材產品進場分類臺帳未注明進場數量，不同建材產品沒有分類登記。
3、砼試塊試壓強度值離散性大，強度不穩定。試塊數量不足。
4、創標準化示范工地方案缺質量方面的控制措施。
5、檢查水泥相關資料、合格證、3天和28天的補強報告。
6、施工組織設計中無質量保證體系框架圖。
7、打印的施工日志沒有填寫記錄人

Quality Management:
