公司安全專項施工方案專家論證審查制度.doc

1、項目經理部（分公司）對工程項目的施工危險性較大的分部工程應編制安全專項施工方案。
2、根據分部工程施工危險程度建立分級會審論證審查制度。
3、本制度適用于中鐵四局五公司各施工單位。

一  專項施工方案的編制
1、分部工程的施工危險程度分為施工危險性一般、施工危險性較大、施工危險性重大三大類。項目經理部（分公司）應根據本項目的工程特點，結合單位工程中分部工程的特點界定施工危險程度。
2、各項目經理部（分公司）應建立施工危險較大、重大的分部工程臺帳。
3、對具有危險性分部工程應編制安全專項施工方案，包括基坑支護與降水工程、土方開挖工程、路基高填方工程、大模板

Construction of a special programming
