根據(jù)《合同法》及有關(guān)規(guī)定,按照平等互利的原則,為明確出租方與承租方的權(quán)利義務(wù),經(jīng)雙方協(xié)商一致,簽訂本合同。
第一條 租賃物資的品名、規(guī)格、數(shù)量、質(zhì)量。詳見合同附件(略)。
第二條 租賃期限
自____年__月__日至____年__月__日。共計(jì)__天。承租方因工程需要延長(zhǎng)租期,應(yīng)在合同屆滿前__日內(nèi),重新簽訂合同。

經(jīng)雙方協(xié)商,出租方收取承租方押金____元。承租方交納后辦理提貨手續(xù)。租賃期間不得以押金抵作租金;租賃期滿,扣除應(yīng)付租賃物資缺損賠償金后,押金余額退還承租方。
第五條 租賃物資的維修保養(yǎng)
租賃期間,承租方對(duì)租用物資要妥善保管,并負(fù)擔(dān)維修保養(yǎng)費(fèi)用。租賃物資退還時(shí),雙方檢查驗(yàn)收,如有損壞、缺少、保養(yǎng)不善等,要按雙方協(xié)商議定的《租賃物資缺損賠償及維修收費(fèi)辦法》,由承租方向出租方償付賠償金、維修及保養(yǎng)費(fèi)。
第六條 出租方變更
一、在租賃期間,出租方如將租賃物資所有權(quán)轉(zhuǎn)移給第三方,應(yīng)正式通知承租方,租
