　　根據(jù)《合同法》及有關(guān)規(guī)定，按照平等互利的原則，為明確出租方與承租方的權(quán)利義務(wù)，經(jīng)雙方協(xié)商一致，簽訂本合同。
　　第一條　租賃物資的品名、規(guī)格、數(shù)量、質(zhì)量。詳見合同附件（略）。
　　第二條　租賃期限

　　第五條　租賃物資的維修保養(yǎng)
　　租賃期間，承租方對(duì)租用物資要妥善保管，并負(fù)擔(dān)維修保養(yǎng)費(fèi)用。租賃物資退還時(shí)，雙方檢查驗(yàn)收，如有損壞、缺少、保養(yǎng)不善等，要按雙方協(xié)商議定的《租賃物資缺損賠償及維修收費(fèi)辦法》，由承租方向出租方償付賠償金、維修及保養(yǎng)費(fèi)。
　　第六條　出租方變更
　　一、在租賃期間，出租方如將租賃物資所有權(quán)轉(zhuǎn)移給第三方，應(yīng)正式通知承租方，租
