  后澆帶施工方案
 
在建筑工程中，通過設(shè)置后澆帶來解決設(shè)計中考慮沉降差異或鋼筋混凝土的收縮變形以及混凝土的溫度應(yīng)力等問題已廣泛應(yīng)用。后澆帶施工是保證結(jié)構(gòu)有效連接的重要環(huán)節(jié)。我司在施工石獅服裝批發(fā)城（一期）工程中，重視后澆帶各工序的施工質(zhì)量，確保后澆帶滿足設(shè)計意圖，從而起到它應(yīng)有的作用。
    石獅服裝批發(fā)城（一期）工程為地下1層、地上4層的框剪結(jié)構(gòu)，其平面尺寸196m×66m。由縱向4道、橫向1道1000mm寬后澆帶將整個平面劃分為10個施工段。后澆帶長達460m。
1．后澆帶的留設(shè)及支模
1.1  地下室底板、外墻后澆帶
地下室后澆帶施工中，底板、外墻后澆帶防水是兩個值得注意的問題。本工程地下水位-4.70~-4.50m，底板底標高為-4.60m，根據(jù)作業(yè)方案，人工挖孔樁施工階段采用的深井降水措施，在墊層施工后停止。為防止地下水產(chǎn)生突涌，采用對底板后澆帶處混凝土墊層施工進行加厚、提高混凝土強度等級，局部配筋等措施（見圖1）。
